Customers
Billing and Shipping	Shipping and billing information stored in on-line database for additional future use. Customer can creates own account with selected user Id and password then can login to view/check status of past orders.
Express Shopping	Purchase information (i.e. payment method, shipping method is kept in database so that repeated customers do have to re-key information to make new purchase.
Retail Shopping	Simple page navigation. Order single or multiple items at a time, customer information is stored in database, customer order verification by email, and a printable order form.
Order Processing
Shopping Cart	Editable Shopping Cart.
Order Management & Purchase History	All transactions are recorded in database for future use. Merchant can verify and process orders directly from browser.
Checkout	Purchase order, credit card verification. Email order notifications automatically sent to the customer, merchant and other contacts.
Order Shipment	Merchant ship orders (write record to database) and send email to customers with Tracking ID and other shipping information. Supports partial shipments of orders.
Payment Method	Payment options available: Cash on Delivery (COD) Call in, Check, Fax-Order in, Money Order, Credit Card.
Shipping & Taxes
Shipping Options	Store merchant can select different classes of shipping. a) flat fee per order, b) None - Free Shipping (product option)
Taxes	Merchant can easily add state/region tax rates. At checkout the customer is automatically notified of the sales tax amount and rate based on his or her state/region giving in shipping address

Promotion	Assign special prices for a specific period of time for your product, display product specials on home page
